To me, I see nothing wrong with the wings, but then again I'm not very good at wings. Hah.

xD I can redline if you'd like. I'm not half-bad with wings actually.

First things off, yes, the arms are the first things I noticed to be really, sorry to say, really off. They look overly elongated and a bit to lanky (em, mind if I red line a couple of things? :3)

I'll redline the wings if you don't mind, I like dragons!!! <3

Next, the chest is to bland. It does NOT show a lot of muscle tone, and the gems (or are those scales? ) don't have the greatest shadowing to them, I love the highlights (you do really well on highlights on all your pics, I envy that) but it takes away the fact you made individual scale/gems.

The right leg (actually the left one on the other side yar) is a bit to xD fat! Plus, it makes me eyes go boing-boing, as it makes me confused as to how it's shaded. Like where the knee and lower part of the leg connect, it's at a to sharp of an angle (goodness, I know how hard it gets when paper isn't nice. Run out of space, so improvise, shhhesssh xP) and I've personally have trouble with that with like, Fireblood and Flarea.

Final thing, the tail is okay, not great. If it wassss a biiiiiiit more thin, and a little more muscle defined, I would like it. I understand you like the beefiness of characters, but with the tail you kind of screw it up a bit.

This may help, as I do really like dragons myself! (it's kind of a webby devoted to "basic" dragon forms)
